Analisisi Tingkat Kepuasan Siswa Terhadap Proses Pembelajaran Menggunakan Metode Naïve Bayes

This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with the learning process using the Naïve Bayes method. Research data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 69 students of SMP Negeri 6 Bukal, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi. This study uses a Data Mining approach with the Naïve Bayes classification method to determine the categories of student satisfaction consisting of Very Satisfied, Satisfied, Less Satisfied, and Dissatisfied. The test results show that the majority of students are in the Satisfied category of 70.8% while the Very Satisfied category is 20.8%, Less Satisfied 13.8% and Dissatisfied 1.5%. The most influential factors on student satisfaction are Teacher Attitude and Learning Methods. This shows that the application of the Naïve Bayes method is effective in supporting the analysis of satisfaction with the learning process.
